10 points!! How do I get over my fear of public speaking?

Oh God, I remember in fifth grade I had to speak infront of the whole class and I cried.(embarrassing) well, I'm 16 now and to deal with this fear I tell myself " I'm gonna have to do it sooner or later." (but sometimes my tummy still hurts a little when she calls me up to present) There's nothing wrong with being afraid to talk infront of your class but if u don't get it over with you'll keep being afraid. And don't picture your class in their underwear like they always say in those shows cause that freaking disguisting. ;) you'll be fine honey. Good luck.
