Career advice needed!!?

I'm in high school right now and am trying to work out what to do once i graduate. I live in perth and am intersted in doing fashion and international biusness. I definately don't want to go to uni in perth. I was thinking of going to uni in tokyo since i am half japanese/ my grandparents live there. I also am considering going to college in newyork. Please i need to plot a path which will be affordable yet get me a firm foot in fashion!
