Do you agree that WWE has to choose their locations of WrestleMania better?

Ok so there are cities that have gotten to see Wrestlemania like 2 or 3 times when no cities have even gotten a chance to hold one! For example Wrestlemania has been to New York 3 times! Atlantic City 2 times. They've been to LA and Anaheim each 2 times but Anaheim and LA are right next to each other so that brings it to California 4 times! They've gone to Chicago 2 times. They're also going to Florida for a 2nd/3rd time next year. So do you agree that Vince needs to handle his cities and states better?
