Virgin atlantic to go on stike?

im only young so i dont really get it all but me and my family are going on a big holiday to los angeles and were flying with virgin atlantic and were going around the 13th july, and im worried we wont be able to go. were flying from england dunno if that helps or not, but are they likely to go on strike and we wont be able to have our holiday?
