How to get your voice back, FAST!?

My voice is so scratchy and my throat hurts right now, but tomorrow my friend and I have a singing audition and I NEED to be able to do it, I can sing low parts just fine but when sing hi it's like that noise you get from laughing so hard no sound comes out except a weird hyperventilating noise....help...:( ?
