PAYPAL TRANSACTION EMERGENCY?

I just bought something that I didn't want. Apparently when I click on action I can't cancel transaction. It says the transaction status is pending until 22nd of June. Apparently I don't have enough funds and they want to add funds to my paypal account. HELP NOW. WHAT DO I DO? I AM HYPERVENTILATING
