If you called 911 when someone was having their first panic attack and then they fainted, what would they do?

If your friend was having a panic attack and you didnt know what to do and then they suddenly fainted from hyperventilating, would this be a time to call 911? What if they fainted and then the amulance came and then after waking up, they had a panic attack again what would the paramedics do?? Nothing? I know a lot of people say that panic attacks are not worth calling 911, but i mean some people are stuck in a situation where they dont know what to do.
