Somebody tell me what is so fabulous about Arizona?!?

My friend is so excited to move back to Arizona where's all there is are red rocks, cactuses, sand, and scorpions who sometimes give birth in ones closet.... Yeah your gonna dream bout that tonight XD. And I'm like, honey, why the heck?! We live on the Atlantic ocean where there is a beach and cooler temperatures and way more to do! Someone clue me in!
