ask if they can give you happy gas aka nitrous oxide, which helps you relax, if not then know that if you get them filled then they can get worse and turn into either a root canal or you'd have to get your tooth pulled, so getting them filled isn't as bad, the numbing is the worst part which takes a couple seconds but afterwards its just noisy. Bring some music to listen.
