BIPOLAR FAMILY!!!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!?

I'm mentally dying inside. I am growing up with a Bipolar father with anger management issues and an older brother who is ALSO bipolar. I can't take it. Both of them continuously verbally and physically abuse me. In addition to that, I have an emotionally blind mother. I'm growing up with concerning mental problems that i try my hardest to hold in. I occasionally (probably once a month) have panic attacks and cry to the extent of involuntary shaking and hyperventilating. Yet, nobody even knows about it. What should I do? What can I do? Therapy? I've already been to a psychiatrist that didn't help a thing.
