It sounds to me like an anxiety attack. If it only occurs once, it remains an anxiety attack and that is all... no big deal. But, if you have another, you might have anxiety disorder. You'll need to see a psychiatrist, who might prescribe you medication to help with your anxiety. In the mean time, try to relax. Obsessing over an axiety attack only makes you more anxious. Try exercising and deep breathing. Do things that make you happy and relaxed.
