That is not the best you can get. You can get that car with zero miles on it from the dealer for that price or $1000 less if you wheel and deal. I bought a 2010 Corolla LE in July '09 for $14,800 working with the internet sales manager- CD player, auto mirrors and windows, power door locks- no bluetooth. You don't pay more for a used car!.
