How to hyperventilate? (Science project)?

Hyperventilating means breathing too fast. You increase your oxygen level ( O2 ) and blow off carbon dioxide ( CO2 ) which is an acid there fore making you alkalotic not acidotic if you TELL someone to breathe too fast. ( which is the definition of panic attack) There are many things that can change the PH of your body which is what you are talking about. If you ingest something that makes your body acidotic your kidneys and lungs will try to compensate. First the kidneys react by releasing bicarbonate, when that mechanism is exhausted or needs help then the lungs kick in by blowing off CO2. If i did not remember quite as well Im SURE someone will correct me
