My brother has Autism and i want to punch him?

I know the title sounds really cruel just hear me out, my twin brother was diagnosed with autism when he was 4 years old, when we were younger he wasn't so bad, he would just watch videos and do his own thing, but once he became 14 everything went down hill, he'll start random out burst in public and at home and he'll make these noises that are annoying and he'll make these noises for HOURS even at night he'll have a out burst and scream and i would never get a full rest of sleep casing me to sleep in my classes. we are both 19 now and my dad put my brother on some pills to help him stop doing outburst, they work, but they only last for so long. what is his problem? why is he doing these outburst and screaming for no reason? i get the feeling he hates us and does it on purpose, people say he can't help it, but deep down i know he's doing this to piss everyone off to the point we can't take it anymore and leave the house. we try to talk to him but he just yells "no" and start hyperventilating, and he'll hyperventilate for hours to the point i just want to punch him in the face and wish he was mute or to go away. i know it seems mean but i don't know what else to do, i love my twin, but he won't allow us to help him. are these feelings normal? or am i just a bad person, what's wrong with him
